The much awaited Kinect SDK from MS is finally announced for non-commercial use
Although, it seems that they have stripped down the SDK a bit as compared to the official XDK. Lame!
But, one good thing though, users don't need to do the clumsy calibration pose anymore. It detects the skeletons straightaway as the user walks in to the scope of the Kinect's view.
